These Terms of Use apply to your use of Receitas e Tal (receitasetal.com, “the site”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What the site provides

The site publishes free guides, layout ideas and tutorials about bullet journaling for general information and personal enjoyment. We work to keep the instructions clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every guide is free of errors or that you will get a particular result by following it. Notebook sizes, grid spacing and pens vary, so square counts and measurements in the guides are examples to adapt to your own page.

Safety

Journaling is a low-risk activity, but some guides mention scissors, craft knives, rulers with metal edges or glue. Use tools with care and store them safely, and supervise children who use them. The site is about organization, creativity and personal planning. It does not give medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and trackers and planners described here are organizational tools, not treatment of any kind.

Using our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, illustrations and design of the site belong to Receitas e Tal. You are welcome to:

  • read, print and use the guides for personal, classroom, library or other non-commercial purposes;
  • redraw any layout in your own notebook and adapt it however you like;
  • share a link to any page;
  • quote short passages with a clear credit and a link back to the original page.

Please do not republish whole articles or illustrations, sell them, or present them as your own work without written permission.

The Bullet Journal method and its standard vocabulary (index, key, future log, monthly log, daily log, collections, migration) are widely used, and anyone is free to draw grids, lists and trackers. Our rights relate to our own written instructions, layout descriptions and illustrations, not to the general ideas behind them. Receitas e Tal is an independent site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the Bullet Journal method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, sending spam or unlawful content through the contact form, or copying the site in bulk by automated means beyond what is needed for normal search engine indexing.

The site links to a small number of third-party websites that we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Receitas e Tal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from following its guides. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
